Custom orders

Exchange or Refund

-  When an order is placed, the customer must pay a cash deposit of 50% of the total amount. In case of cancellation, this deposit is not refundable but is exchangeable for any other item in store.

 

-  Once your order has arrived, Prodanse will contact and advise you by phone or email. You will then have one month to come and claim your order. After the delay of one month, your order will be put for sale in store and no refund or exchange will be granted.

 

 

Set aside

 

-  We can put an item aside for you for a maximum period time of 3 days. After the 3rd day, the product will be put back for sale. 

-  If a pair of shoes has not been worn or brushed and does not reach a customer's needs, he or she can request an exchange for any other item in store. If the product you purchased has any defect, it will be exchanged if the shoemaker on site cannot fix it.
